1. Search Results:
• The App provides search results based on real-time data and listings available at the time of your search. These results are presented as they are, without any algorithmic manipulation or alterations.
• We do not influence or modify search results to favor specific sellers, products, or listings. The displayed results are purely based on the criteria you specify and the availability of matching listings in our database.
• It is essential to note that the order and presentation of search results may change dynamically as new listings become available or existing ones are updated. Therefore, the order in which listings are displayed is subject to change based on market dynamics and other factors.
2. Sort Parameters:
• The App employs a "first come, first serve" sorting parameter for certain search results. This means that listings are presented in the order in which they were added to the platform, with the most recent additions appearing first.
• This sorting method ensures fairness and transparency in listing presentations. It does not imply any preferential treatment to sellers or products based on factors other than the chronological order of listing creation.
• Users should be aware that the "first come, first serve" sorting parameter may affect the order in which listings are displayed, but it does not reflect the quality or relevance of the listed items. Other sorting options or filters may be available to refine your search results according to your preferences.
3. Parampada shall compute the settlement basis by summing the delivery time and the expiration of the return window. The settlement procedure shall strictly adhere to a predetermined window of two (2) days. The settlement time for Parampada's transactions shall be represented as T+2, where "T" denotes the settlement basis, and "2" signifies the two-day settlement window established by the firm.
4. The settlement process, as defined by Parampada, will be executed on a daily basis.
