1. When do you folks ship the order and what are the delivery charges?

Products which are in stock are usually dispatched within 1 working day. Custom-made products can take up to 7-10 days.

However, if our mom cooks some finger licking food at home, we get distracted and the dispatch process may get delayed. We will let you know in such cases along with the recipe for the delicacy we are feasting on at home.

Standard Surface Shipping charges are included in product prices. Express Shipping is chargeable extra at Rs.100 per order.

2. How will I receive the order? Whether CoD is available?

We have made friends with a bunch of Malabar giant squirrels working together with FedEx, BlueDart, Delhivery, Ecom Express, and India Post to deliver the shipments. It will take anywhere between 2-8 days (more in case of remote areas) depending on the location for the orders to be delivered.

Since these giant flurry cuties are quite bad at mathematics (We tried teaching them, but they still think that 3+3=8!) and have the habit of chewing currency notes, we don't offer Cash on delivery.

However, we have Buy Now, Pay Later facility available where you can get up to 15 days of interest-free credit so that you can experience the product first hand properly and then make payment.

Our customer relations dept is handled by some super friendly human beings who are usually available between 9AM-9PM.

4. What are the payment methods available at checkout and what about refunds?

Our payment gateways support all bank credit and debit cards, internet banking, EMI, BHIM UPI, almost all Wallets including Paytm, Amazon Pay, PayPal, and Buy Now Pay Later options. We use Razorpay & Cashfree payment gateways and if you don't find the payment method of your choice, please switch between gateways.

You can request refund/replacement for upto 7 days from date of delivery. Refunds are mostly processed to the source of payment on the same day of approving the request. Once processed you should get your money back in 1-7 working days depending on the mode of payment and your bank. If you can give us your bank account details, we can issue a refund via NEFT/RTGS/IMPS/BHIM UPI manually and same should reach you within a couple of hours!.

5. I no longer need an item:

Auch! Please tell us what is wrong because we always want you to have the best buying experience and be absolutely in love with your goodies. If you are not at all happy with the product received, please contact us within 7 days of receiving delivery and let us know how can we assist you. We will look into your case and take the decision on a case-by-case basis.

Do note that we don't accept used/customer damaged products for returns. We need all the original packaging, price tags, invoices and other documents to be intact. And return shipping charges are to be born by you (the buyer). Refunds will be processed only after the product reaches us back safely.

6. I need my order delivered yesterday:

Sadly, Time travel is not yet possible!. However, if you have forgotten the birthday/anniversary of your loved ones please do contact us we'll try and process it quicker via FedEx/BlueDart Guaranteed Next Day Priority delivery, if possible!.

7. Do you ship internationally?

We don't usually do international shipments. But exceptions can be made once in a while. Please do contact us and we'll see what we can do.

8. I’ve received a wrong/broken product. How do I return an item from my order?

We take extra care in packing the goodies securely. Somehow if the shipments arrive at your location in damaged condition, just contact us with supporting images/videos immediately after receiving delivery and we'll make sure that your concerns are addressed to your satisfaction by processing replacement/refund/return immediately. Promise!.

Also in such cases, we would appreciate if you could cooperate with us by answering a few queries so that we can claim the transit insurance.

9. Do you offer a warranty on the products sold?

Yes, We do give up to 5-years warranty on many of the products listed here. The duration of the warranty is specifically mentioned in the descriptions section of each product. Gourmet products are not covered by any warranty. Warranty is applicable from the day they were bought when used under normal conditions and for the purpose intended. Try not to overstuff the products or put things in there that don’t belong (like ninja swords). If you do put more materials like cards/coins/currency/mobiles etc in there than recommended, things can stretch out of shape and put undue stress on the stitching and other materials.

This warranty covers faults in materials and workmanship and doesn't apply if the product is damaged or affected in any way on account of improper, reckless use, disregard of care instructions provided, we assume no liability for the damage or any shortcomings in the make or quality of the product.

To raise warranty claim request, kindly contact us with the images/videos of the product(s) showing damage along with a detailed explanation of the issue. We reserve the right to approve or reject the warranty claim on a case-to-case basis and we also reserve the right to decide whether to repair the product/replace with a new one/refund the amount (full or partial).
