Canceling an order before it has been dispatched:

If you would like to cancel your order before it has been dispatched from our fulfillment center, please write to us at hello@parampada.com or message us on FB/Twitter (@Parampada) or WhatsApp us at +91-9740994719 with your order details. We will cancel the order without any extra fees and initiate refund immediately. It should reach you within 1-7 days based on the mode of payment.

If it has been dispatched:

If the order has been dispatched and you do not want to receive the same, Kindly inform our team at hello@parampada.com or message us on FB/Twitter (@Parampada) or WhatsApp us at +91-9740994719 with your order details and refuse to take delivery when our courier partner calls you. We will initiate a refund to the source of payment immediately after the shipment tracking status changes to "Refused by the customer, returning the shipment to origin". However, it will take anywhere between 1-7 days for the same to appear in your bank account.

I no longer need an item:

Auch! Please tell us what is wrong because we always want you to have the best buying experience and be absolutely in love with your goodies. If you are not at all happy with the product received, please contact us at hello@parampada.com or message us on FB/Twitter (@Parampada) or WhatsApp us at +91-9740994719 along with your order details within 7 days of receiving delivery and let us know how can we assist you. We will look into your case and take the decision on a case-by-case basis.

Do note that we don't accept used/customer damaged products for returns. We need all the original packaging, price tags, invoices and other documents to be intact.

I’ve received a wrong/broken product. What to do now?

We take extra care in packing the goodies securely. Somehow if the shipments arrive at your location in damaged condition, just contact us at hello@parampada.com or message us on FB/Twitter (@Parampada) or WhatsApp us at +91-9740994719 with supporting images/videos immediately after receiving delivery and we'll make sure that your concerns are addressed to your satisfaction by processing replacement/refund/return immediately. Promise!.

Also in such cases, we would appreciate if you could cooperate with us by answering a few queries so that we can claim the transit insurance.
